✅ 1. Compliance Statement
- We acknowledge and agree to not engage in any monetization that provides gameplay advantages.
- We ensure all monetization is cosmetic, administrative, or otherwise non-gameplay affecting.
- We will remove or modify any monetized features immediately if found to be in breach of Bohemia Interactive policy.

- Monetization is limited to features that do not alter game balance.
- No sale of items, currency, or services that provide competitive advantages.
- All monetization options are transparent and available for review by players and Bohemia Interactive.

- All monetization terms are publicly available via our community platforms.
- All players have equal gameplay opportunities regardless of contributions.
- The nature of any monetized features will be clearly communicated prior to acceptance of any contribution.
🔄 4. Refunds & Disputes
- Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer laws and payment provider rules.
- Any disputes or concerns will be addressed promptly and fairly.
🗂️ 5. Record Keeping
- Records of all monetization transactions will be securely maintained.
- These records will be made available to Bohemia Interactive upon request for compliance verification.
🔧 6. Changes to Monetization
- Any changes to monetization procedures will be communicated to the community before implementation.
- All changes will be reviewed internally to ensure continued compliance with Bohemia Interactive policy.
⚖️ 7. Enforcement
- If any monetization activity is determined to breach Bohemia Interactive policy, it will be immediately suspended or removed.
- Full cooperation will be given to Bohemia Interactive in any compliance investigation.
